step into our creative workflow
Let’s connect. After you submit your client intake form, you’ll be prompted to schedule a 30-minute consultation to review your responses.
During this meeting, we’ll go through the details and start mapping out your project. We’ll also discuss key elements such as your brand colors and overall brand style, among other important topics. Since your website or logo will be custom designed, these details play a vital role in the process.
After reviewing all of your project requirements during our consultation, we’ll provide you with an official proposal. This proposal will outline the functional requirements of your project and include a detailed price quote.
Once we receive your contract approval, we’ll move forward by sending all client documentation to you via email. This will include the contract and invoice. All documents can be signed electronically, so please keep an eye out for our email.
This is the exciting part for us! We’ll take your project requirements and begin creating your customized website and/or logo. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated so we stay aligned every step of the way.
Once a preliminary design has been developed, we will review it with you to gather your feedback and make any necessary revisions. Our goal is to deliver a creative brand and/or web solution that is fully customized for your business and effectively meets your needs.
At this stage, you’re happy with the results and we’ve received final approval to begin preparing for the project launch.
Your project is live! We will send you all graphics and files related to your project.
If your project includes a website, we will also schedule a training session to walk you through how to manage and maintain it. After the training, if you prefer not to handle the upkeep yourself, we can provide ongoing website maintenance as an additional service.
